When designing our covered boat storage, we had two main goals in mind, easy maneuverability for boats/vehicles up to 45 ft and true protection from the harsh Florida elements. Unlike many covered storage facilities, we have enclosed our facility on three sides. Most covered storage facilities consist of only a roof and have no siding. This leaves your boat/vehicle prone to wind blown rain and the harsh morning and afternoon sun's rays. By enclosing our facility on three sides and designing the facility so that the only exposed side faces either north or south (to avoid the rising and setting sun's rays) your investment is completely sheltered from the elements. Even the location of the facility is the result of many months worth of research.
